GUBI - Ronde Pendant ø20 Matte White

The Ronde pendant Ø20 in Matte White offers an industrial but friendly look that makes it well-suited for both home design and professional environments. Suspend a couple Ronde pendants in the kitchen, one on either side of the bed, or a bigger one over the dining table to get the right atmosphere in your home. This bell-shaped pendant is available in two sizes and gives a nod to the traditional pendant, not to mention the style of the 70s. That said, it does not compromise on modernity. One of the unique details of the Ronde pendant is the opening at the top - equipped with a collar, it’s reminiscent of the mouth of a vase. The light from the pendant mostly shines downwards, but a small sliver of light escapes from top, illuminating the ceiling. The handmade aluminium shade has an ultra-matte lacquer that makes it look almost ceramic. In more than one language, the word ‘ronde’ means ‘round’, ‘circular’, or ‘rotating’, but it is also the flat object that is used in metal pressing. It spins around the core and shapes the product.
