The kinves in this set use have retained the loved features of the Orginial Series with the easy to use handle, the rounded tip blade, and the handy hole on the edge for easy storage.The set contains: a 16.5cm Santoku Knife, and a 10.5cm Mini-Santoku Pairing Knife.To ensure the knives stay in the best shape possible, they should be sharpened regularly, and should be cleaned only with warm water and a light detergent before being left to fully dry in between each use.
