The mastermind behind the beautiful design is Stefan Börselius, who designed the lamp inspired by the classic hula-hoop ring that is part of many people"'s childhood memories. The round shape is repeated in the colourful ring as well as in the white, spherical glass shade placed off-centre, giving the lamp a modern, design-oriented look. The light source is placed inside the lampshade to avoid glare.
